GHC includes GNU MP library with it, in gmp/gmp-4.2.1.tar.gz. The build system already does the right thing and doesn't link against the local copy of the library, but it still carries the tarball with the accompanying GNU documentation, with this license: Permission is granted to copy, distribute and/or modify this document under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.2 or any later version published by the Free Software Foundation; with no Invariant Sections, with the Front-Cover Texts being ``A GNU Manual'', and with the Back-Cover Texts being ``You have freedom to copy and modify this GNU Manual, like GNU software''. I'll need to repackage the upstream tarball to remove its copy of GMP.
