Earlier, I indentified that the problem was these lines in okularrc: [MainWindow] Height 1050=1050 Width 1400=1400
There was the remaining question where these lines came from. If I
open okular, maximize the window using my window manager (metacity),
and then quit, these lines (causing the earlier-mentioned bug) come
back.
