Hello Adnan, For some reason the pidgin-musictracker people have made some extra dependencies on the MSN protocol. For the MSN protocol to work, you either need to use the msn-pecan package and protocol instead of the standard one in pidgin or you need to use pidgin 2.5.0
2.5.0 is in experimental, which makes it a little tricky to say the least :( I'll leave this bug report open and close it once 2.5.0 or later is in unstable, mainly so if anyone else hits this problem they know what is going on.
