Bug#502798: xen-tools console annoyance

Surely the real problem here is that /usr/lib/xen-tools/lenny.d/30- 
disable-gettys does not correctly set the console to be on hvc0 by  
default.

The xen-tools.conf supplied states that hvc0 *is* the default for  
serial_console, but for the current lenny setup, "that turns out not  
to be the case" and therefore it doesn't work.
