  I just noticed this older bug and looking at the code it is widely
different.  Also kfreebsd might support real-time signals so it might be
moot.

proc/sig.c looks like this:

#ifndef SIGRTMIN
#  warning Standards require that <signal.h> define SIGRTMIN; assuming  32
#  define SIGRTMIN 32
#endif

I'm not sure what the problem you were reporting in the bug was, so this
might be enough now.
