You obviously tried to fix another bug there, but the result is an extra stop and start mess... - python-support compiles the modules with a trigger, so they are not in place when the daemon is startet. Unfortunately I can't give you a hint right now what the best way to work around that is, probably dh_pysupport needs a new option... This also smells like it would break upgrades...
