Package: trac Version: 0.11.1-2.1 Severity: minor Dear trac packaging team,
First, let me wish you a happy new year, good luck and good health for 2009. I just installed trac on a virtual machine with lighttpd as the webserver, using the fastcgi handler. Just telling lighttpd the path to the fcgi executable fails due to missing execute rights on /usr/share/pyshared/trac/web/fcgi_frontend.py It feels a bit awkward to change permissions on files contained in Debian packages (chmod +x ... fixes the problem for me). I think the file should be executable in the package already.
