hi all,
first a set of files for tests the freezing inkscape

and then this new effect + fix or workaround? ;)
---------- start test: no prefs file in ~/.inksacpe
$ inkscape -z -w 4096 -h 4096 --export-png=/tmp/test.png 2097_1351_tile-z17.svg

ok on a not existing prefs use inkscape the def prefs so is test 1 and test 3
the same
so wat is now the differenz to test 2? the 0 byte prefs?
----- test 4: restart with a 0 byte prefs file and deleting this after the start
