Only one of the many windows on my screen has a top bar: File Xtns Help This makes it a needle in the haystack of finding help when you need it. One ends up looking through all the menus of the windows with the top bar File ... Filters looking for where they put Help. At least put Help also under File or View or Tools or something. The user remembers he once used the help browser, but the next month he can't find where it disappeared to.
