This is against the ed2k protocol (yes, although some clients are known to 
break the protocol).

Also, it creates a bandwidth overhead in the network.

If you want your local lan network to use the internet network you should make 
the server fdo such task. Or run two seperate aMule instances at the same time 
;-)
