(This bug was originally reported by Jeffrey Baker as https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/cdparanoia/+bug/19125.) libcdparanoia-dev pollutes /usr/include with the generically named "utils.h", which is not included by either of the other two headers in the package. Please move cdparanoia's header files to /usr/include/cdda, or rename utils.h to cdda_utils.h.
