Package: libfuse2
Version: 2.7.4-1.1
Severity: important

In my application written in c++ I am using curlftpfs to be able to make
ftp-connection to remote server.
After connecting under root rights my application can only have read-access but
no write access to remote directory.
First I thought the curlftpfs application can be responsible for this bug.
But after testing with different versions of FUSE I could see that FUSE v.
2.7.4-1.1 definitely blocks root to have write
access rights. With FUSE version 2.5.3-4.4 I could not see any problem with
root write access.
The option "allow_root" could not be passed, the option "allow_other" is only
one which can be accepted by new version of FUSE.
