Looking at packages that depend/build-depend on Gtk1.2/Imlib/or old gnome libs, I ran across coriander. It appears that you have ported it to Gtk2.0 but there is still a build-depends on libgdk-pixbuf-dev.
Is this just a legacy build-depends that didn't get removed? A build without it seems to work fine.
