upstream changelog is the obligation of upstream, I'm sure Dustin will

no, I'm using the official upstream tarball. Ubuntu does use the
official tarball too.

this should be included on the upstream website, I'm sure Dustin can add
this.

your urls were not accurate as they were not refering to the official
locations. I did correct this by using the official information.
