See http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1495702&group_id=31577&atid=402788 which was afair closed as invalid. In any case, I was able to reproduce your problem in the meantime, also on 1.4.6. The problem has something to do with the locale the roundup _server_ runs under, not the client's locale (which I initially suspected when I conducted the test), but I didn't figure out what (yet). As a band-aid, I suggest that you start your server with something like 'env LANG=C ...' or similar.
