It is ready for upload and some users also tested my private version of
it (also some issues solved together with upstream).
But the problem at the moment is, that mlt and mlt++ are now again
broken and building kdenlive is not possible anymore.
There bugs are:

I am subscribed and if they are solved and mlt{++} is installable and
useable again, I will upload kdenlive - I think it will be at this time
then 0.7.1 instead of 0.7.
