PLEASE REMOVE PYCENTRAL FROM DEBIAN!
1) It breaks the file system (all the crap under /usr/share do not belong there)
2) It breaks custom variations of handling versions of executables FOR NO REASON
3) It isn't needed, all other major distributions do fine without and Debian
worked
for decades without it. It just adds complexity and a source of errors.

This bug will be closed without resolve and the two most prominent reasons for
using Debian (stability and simplicity)
are thrown out the window. Thank you.
