In Debian bug #436959, Steve Langasek asked you about more information, specifically the winbind logs when you face the problem with hanged winbind. However, we never got this information, which prevents us from properly processing the bug report. Please also note that the output of "testparm" would help as well, to be able to catch potential settings that could cause the bug (using testparm is much preferred over providing your smb.conf file as it will drop settings that are the default). Without further information we might need to simply close the bug. --
