The man page for ImageMagick advises the user to look in
file:///usr/share/doc/ImageMagick-6.3.7/index.html
for the HTML documentation.

However, on Debian, the file in question is actually at 
file:///usr/share/doc/imagemagick/index.html

I imagine the man page should be updated appropriately.
