Hi, I'm an Nmap developer. Fyodor caught this bug report and sent it to me. We had recently fixed Zenmap's internationalization system so dropping in this translation was a snap. As of r11290 on 2008-12-06 it's part of Zenmap. Thanks!
The translation is for Zenmap 4.68, and many translatable strings have changed since then. I ran the msgmerge program and threw out a lot of obsolete strings and most of the fuzzy translations. I don't know German but I felt confident enough to adjust and keep a few fuzzy translations that were only because of punctuation or capitalization changes. Would you be interested in translating strings from the most recent version of the program? I can send you the latest de.po and zenmap.pot.
