It certainly should, and it does. I don't think Fabio should have
closed the bug.

If you actually care, I would be happy to work with you on fixing
the problems once and for all. However, when zope 2.5 was current,
I didn't even know about zope yet, so I'll rely on you to help.

The first step would be to accumulate a list of patches to apply and
see if they still work...
