Ahhhhhh. So I was off by a line -- it is not speedbar, it is the Finding all versions of R on your system that triggered. That is clearly a possibility. The R interpreter is provide by r-base-core (one of the packages r-base brought in for you) so I will make it depend on this. | r-base needs to be a required package, or the script needs to be changed to | handle r-base not being installed without throwing an error.
