I don't see the point at all. Unstable is shield from testing as testing is
frozen. Nobody suggested to use experimental as a parallel hidden
distribution, and t-p-u just doesn't enter this equation. Or am I missing
something?

I purged the installed debian package of sphinx v0.4.2 and built sphinx
v0.4.3 from source.

As maintainer of rpy, I would now like to add rpy2 which was released this
week. Its docs need sphinx 0.4.3.
If you insist on not package sphinx 0.4.3, I can only package rpy2 without
its documentation which is clearly suboptimal.
