It looks like this has been fixed by the upstream project in version
2.17.  Since, this doesn't cause a FTBFS in Debian a fix for this bug
won't meet the release criteria for Lenny.  So, I'd like to resolve
this bug uploading pdsh version 2.17, which I plan to do as soon as
Lenny releases.
