Package: pdns-recursor

When I remove the pdns-recursor package with bind running and listening
on port 53 on the loopback. The prem script fails to execute because the
script looks for the existence of pdns-recusor within init.d and then
uses the rc script to stop which fails.
This leaves the package in a semi installed state, after which there is
no way to remove it cleanly except by moving out the pdns-recursor
script from init.d and attempting a purge.
