But, note that it's an amd64 kernel running an i386 userland.Output of the other commands is attached, all in the "achi off" state. When I get the chance to reboot, I'll take samples in the "achi on" state. I don't recall any differences, but I might easily have missed them.
The errors in the sda log appeared when I was doing hdparm -i and -t and various smartctl commands, right before the original bugreport. Oddly, even though I did more or less the same thing on both drives, only one produced errors.
