I think that better translation for "destroy" is "уничтожить". You can find my versions of /usr/share/fvwm-crystal/fvwm/locale/ru_RU.UTF-8/LC_MESSAGES/fvwm-crystal.po and /usr/share/fvwm-crystal/fvwm/locale/ru_RU.KOI8-R/LC_MESSAGES/fvwm-crystal.po in attachments.
