The recent version works. I'm tempted (but only tempted) to mark the bug serious so that a newer version can migrate because the old version hadn't completed after more than a day and a half of having full CPU most of the time. That pretty much makes it unusable and IMNSHO makes it RC, but since the RM's seem to disagree there doesn't seem to be much to be done about it.
