I see you want to fix the inconsistenct in the page. But the real problem is that since all of these entries are filenames, they should really be italic, to be consistent with the guidelines in man-pages(7). (See proc(5) for example.) Looking further, I see there is this inconsistency in many other section 7 pages. They are all fixed now. Thanks for the report.
