That particular case didn't really warrant it, since no files in
Django changed and it was just a matter of retrieving the copy of the
package the checksums were generated from.

But speaking of version bumps... one of our developers noted that the
packaging process for 1.0.1 omitted a directory needed by
django.contrib.gis, and so we *are* going to bump to 1.0.2 and
re-roll, with a package due on Tuesday:
