Hi People interested in Syncevolution and Debian;
I started working on this again, based on cautious optimism about
getting AGPL packages into main (see
http://lists.debian.org/debian-legal/2008/11/msg00061.html).
So far I updated to the latest upstream version, and moved the packaging to
git.

This is in collab-maint, so if people want help (hi Tincho) work on
this, they are welcome.
My initial impression is that there is a certain amount of work to get
the package ready to upload. I started a list in debian/TODO, feel
free to edit that file in particular, even if you don't want to mess
with packaging.
There is documentation issues, and quite a few libraries ship with the source.
In the latter case, we want use debian system versions as much as possible.
