Package: lv
Version: 4.51-2
Severity: normal

When I run a command in a shell on a terminal emulator and the command
runs lv as a child process, if I terminate lv with kill -TERM,
the terminal emulator stops echoing the keystroke or hangs.
Please note that:
* pressing ctrl-q does not fix the problem
* the problem happens whether the command line is
  dash -c 'lv /usr/share/doc/lv/copyright'
  or
  /usr/bin/time lv /usr/share/doc/lv/copyright
* the problem happens whether the terminal emulator is mlterm or xvt
* If the shell on a terminal emulator is bash, the terminal emulator
stops echoing the keystroke but accepts the keystroke as an input
and shows the output of later commands almost correctly (although
the output begins immediately after the prompt because the return
character at the end of the command line is not echoed).
If the shell is dash, the terminal emulator just hangs, ignoring
  any later keystroke.
