Hello, and thanks for maintaining medit. [1] says a new version of medit has been released (0.9.4) which fixes some critical data-loss bugs found by lonefox. I asked Yevgen (nick: muntyan) on Freenode IRC; Yevgen said the bug is described in [2] and [3], and that the log says it's fixed by the patch at [4]. Yevgen added that it's a critical bug: if you're unlucky, then medit will say file is saved while it has saved garbage. Is it possible you could please apply the patch?
