Maybe i did a mistake, maybe things changed in the stdc++ packaging and i didn't notice, either way this is indeed not very clean, but nevertheless working as libstdc++6-4.3-dev Provides libstdc++6-dev. So i guess a dependency on libstdc++6-4.3-dev | libstdc++6-dev would be fine.
