file debian/patches/s2s.patch patches file src/ejabberd_s2s_in.erl in a 
way that make s2s connections extremly unreliable causing outbound
connections to terminate immediatly after initialization if connetion attempt
lasts too long. thus most outbound s2s connetions fail.

please remove or review this patch.
