Package: gutenprint Version: 5.0.2-4 My printer (EPSON DX3850 on USB port) worked perfectly under Debian Etch (Driver Cupsys+Gutenprint 5.0.0). Now I upgraded to Debian Lenny and thus to Cups+Gutenprint version 5.0.2, kernel 2.6.26-1-686 #1 SMP and libc6 2.7-15. It still works but it refuses to eject the last paper of a job. If I start another printing job the paper is ejected but the new job is printed at the upmost top of the next page. Only if the printer is powered off, the last paper is ejected. When refusing to eject the paper, the printer's LED is blinking like it's still waiting for printing data. Now I installed - cups-driver-gutenprint_5.2.1-1_i386.deb - libgutenprint2_5.2.1-1_i386.deb from Debian Unstable and everything is working perfect again.
