Package: network-manager Version: 0.6.6-2 Severity: normal I plugged in a USB network device (a Nokia N800). NetworkManager promptly disconnected my wireless network. I clicked on the nm-applet icon and told it to reconnect to my wireless network. It chewed on that for a long time, and finally told me "Connected to the wired network 'my wireless ESSID'", with the nm-applet confirming that NetworkManager thinks it has a wired network connection.
