Yes, nozomi got part of mainline kernel and the kernel module will be shipped with the kernel(s) provided within lenny. nozomi-source was removed from the unstable suite already and I just requested removal from lenny/testing (see http://permalink.gmane.org/gmane.linux.debian.devel.release/26604).
