Package: openoffice.org-writer Version: 2.0.4.dfsg.2-7etch6 Severity: wishlist
Hi. I'm not much of an OO user. Interfacing with headhunters/recruiters is pretty much all I use it for. I've just fired up my resume in OO for the first time in about a year. Don't you find it annoying to see [EMAIL PROTECTED] near every mainstream tech. item with pink wavy lines underneath them? Especially for such a geeky system as FLOSS, shouldn't common tech. terms be in the startup dictionary? Eg., Tivoli, Sam, Smit/smitty, OpenBSD, FreeBSD, ... Should I complain elsewhere/upstream, or am I just missing a package? Stuff like that ought to already be recognized. I know the list will be endless, but that's a maintenance problem. :-) Thanks for any illumination, and your efforts! Much appreciated. :-) -- System Information: Debian Release: 4.0 APT prefers stable APT policy: (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.25-2-686 Locale: LANG=en_US.iso885915, LC_CTYPE=en_US.iso885915 (charmap=ISO-8859-15) Versions of packages openoffice.org-writer depends on: ii libc6 2.3.6.ds1-13etch7 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libgcc1 1:4.1.1-21 GCC support library ii libicu36 3.6-2etch1 International Components for Unico ii libstdc++6 4.1.1-21 The GNU Standard C++ Library v3 ii libstlport4.6c2 4.6.2-3 STLport C++ class library ii libwpd8c2a 0.8.7-6 Library for handling WordPerfect d ii openoffice.org-core 2.0.4.dfsg.2-7etch6 OpenOffice.org office suite archit ii python-uno 2.0.4.dfsg.2-7etch6 Python interface for OpenOffice.or ii zlib1g 1:1.2.3-13 compression library - runtime Versions of packages openoffice.org-writer recommends: ii gij [java2-runtime] 4:4.1.1-15 The GNU Java bytecode interpreter ii gij-4.1 [java2-runti 4.1.1-20 The GNU Java bytecode interpreter ii openoffice.org-java- 2.0.4.dfsg.2-7etch6 OpenOffice.org office suite Java s -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
