Apple uses .m4v for their mpeg4 video files, so I have a lot of them
on my system. mplayer plays them fine, but bash_completion doesn't
know they exist so I'm forced to put 'ls' at the beginning of the line
to make it complete, or just type it in by hand (oh, the humanity!).

Attached is a patch that adds .m4v and .M4V support for mplayer to
bash_completion.
