Package: aptitude
Version: 0.4.11.10-1lenny1.1+b1
Severity: important

On an etch vserver inside an etch host, after adding lenny sources to
sources.list, I upgraded aptitude and dpkg:

# aptitude upgrade aptitude dpkg

After that, on any installation, upgrade, or removal of any package
through the ncurses interface, aptitude becomes unresponsible to the
keyboard. I can press enter on the "Press return to continue" message,
and it updates the package list normally, but any key afterwards is
ignored; I have to use Ctrl-C to leave the program. Upgrading the whole
vserver to lenny doesn't help.

FWIW, I log into this vserver with "vserver guestname enter", from an
ssh to the host. TERM is "xterm".

Thanks a lot,
Wagner
