Hi Michal, this bug is now fixed (actually, pending in svn). It would be great if you can test it a bit more in depth than what I did. You can find the current version of debcheckout implementing the new feature at: http://svn.debian.org/viewsvn/devscripts/trunk/scripts/debcheckout.pl?rev=HEAD&view=log Running pod2man on it you can obtain the new manpage which describes how to use the new setting, via the freshly introduced DEBCHECKOUT_AUTH_URLS configuration variable.
