Hi,

I found that Perl folks say "Perl 5.10.0 has a memory leak bug, it is not
caused with 5.8.8. You can check it with just "$ perl -e 'qr// while 1' ",
it was fixed in upstream unstable version (bleadperl) at 18th, Oct."
And, yes, it's true, this bug is found in my Debian box and not caused
in etch chroot environment (I've checked it with pbuilder --login).

I think this is important fix for some web servers work with perl code.
For more detail and its patch, see

Please consider to introduce this fix for Debian perl package.
