Just noticed this bug myself. The attached patch eliminates the
warnings.

(I attached it because it contains tabs, which are easily mangled
in email. I gzipped it because otherwise some mail programs put it
inline and mangle it anyway. If there's a better way, please let
me know.)

Reviewing the findutils upstream changelog, I found this:

2004-10-31  James Youngman <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
  * find/parser.c:
  Issue a warning message if an option is specified after a test or an
  action (because the user might have believed that the behaviour of the
  option is in some way conditional on the preceding tests).

It didn't show up until now because this version didn't move from
experimental to unstable until June 9.

So apparently find(1) is just complaining, and its behavior isn't
actually affected. Downgrading to severity minor.

(Is it ok for a non-developer to change the severity? I can't find
a BTS etiquette page. Sorry if I've been rude.)
