I see the same problem. '/etc/init.d/fetchmailrc debug-run' does nothing. No error is returned. I'm running Debian testing; fetchmail version 6.3.9~rc2-3.
I was able to correct the problem by adding '--shell /bin/sh' to the su command line. Eric -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
