Hi, I've installed your flashplugin-nonfree package from experimental and checked at Adobe web site, it says "You have version 10,0,0,569 installed" But newer version is prepared now on that page, it also says "Linux Mozilla, Firefox, SeaMonkey 10.0.12.36" This version is recommended from upstream to deal with old flash security problem, CVE-2007-6243, CVE-2008-3873, CVE-2007-4324, CVE-2008-4401 and CVE-2008-4503.
