Hello there, I'm the author of a backup program named 'vbackup' which was just uploaded to unstable. I see that faubackup was originally named 'vbackup' but it was renamed and that it conflicts with 'vbackup' and it also provides it. Since the original vbackup package is not longer in any version of debian I'm asking you to remove the "conflicts" and "provides" for obvious reasons. I'm not sure if what I'm proposing here is correct behavior for a debian package so perhaps we should ask debian mentors for guidance. -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'stable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.27-v2-v (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
