Package: acpi-support Version: 0.109-9 Severity: normal
At times I have experienced acpi bugs which cause the system to crash during hibernation or suspension. While these bugs eventually get fixed, or cannot be repeated for unknown reasons, they cause data loss. As a measure to prevent data loss in the event of an unexpected bug, I've added a few calls to `sync` in /etc/acpi/hibernate.sh and sleep.sh. I think a config option to do this, or just adding default calls to `sync` in /usr/share/acpi-support/suspendorhibernate would be a good idea.
