Package: gnome-control-center Version: 1:2.22.2.1-2 Followup-For: Bug #492590
I am confirming that this bug also occurs on my install on AMD64. As stated earlier I deleted the ~/.gtkrc-2.0 file. However, the ~/.gtkrc-mine file did not exist. After deleting the ../gtkrc-2.0 file and logging off and back on again from my X11 session the gnome-appearance-properties application seems to function properly. Also, the file does not seem to be regenerated after logging back on, nor after launching and closing the gnome-appearance-properties application.
