Just minor cosmetic issues. Please take a look at http://packages.debian.org/changelogs/pool/main/b/balsa/balsa_2.3.3-1/changelog.html and compare with the plaintext version: http://packages.debian.org/changelogs/pool/main/b/balsa/balsa_2.3.3-1/changelog.txt Two problems are apparent from this: 1. The HTML file's charset isn't being set to UTF-8. e.g.: "Albrecht Dreß" 2. Lines beginning with "+" are not being converted into list items.
